Security tests and security audits

Both internal factors and external threats undergo change. For this reason, IT systems and their security mechanisms must be checked at regular intervals, in particular after major restructuring measures. An outdated security system is vulnerable. Numerous methods and tools are available to identify a system's weak points before a crisis actually occurs. We offer various test procedures and security audits to assist these checks.

Security audits

The aim is to check the effectiveness of existing technical and organizational security measures at a certain point in time. Ideally, the check should cover the whole company, but can also be restricted to certain defined areas. Once the results have been evaluated, protective measures can be optimized. Security audits should also be repeated at regular intervals.

Other test procedures at application level:

  • IT security health check
  • Source code reviews
  • Use of intrusion protection systems
  • Blackbox and whitebox penetration tests
